Christmas shopping

I am really trying to be good this year about starting Christmas shopping early.  Vera Bradley is having a great sale online right now, so I ordered a few things:

for my mom - it's a lunch bag - she takes her lunch to work every day:

I also got her a pricey bottle of St. Lucian rum that we tried together while on vacation there.  She bought a bottle, but it's all gone now and you can't really find it here.  I got it at the Duty Free shop in Turks and Caicos.  She loves rum punch so I am going to pair it with a nice rum punch mix.  I still need to get her quite a bit more, but it's a good start!

This is for my grandmother:

I also got her a nice pin (she likes to wear pretty pins on her winter coats) from MichelleRenee's jewelry business.  The apron matches her kitchen perfectly, which I thought was fun.  She still likes to make big dinners for her kids, so she will use it.  That means I'm done with her!

And for MIL - a tote.  She is always doing different activities like bridge club, book club, picnics with friends.  I thought she could use it:

I'm also done with her, since I got her a freshwater pearl necklace and matching earrings (also from MichelleRenee!).  We also get her and FIL season tickets to the Staten Island Yankees each year.  It is the Yankees minor league team, and they absolutely love baseball.

So now I just really need to get cracking on Eric and Grady, though I never shop for Grady too early because I like to see what he gets for his birthday.
